We ask our staff for feedback on the in-house training we provide and review this quarterly to ensure our training is always relevant and up-to-date. The latest results have been fantastic, with 99% of staff finding the training 'Good' (or above), and 70% finding the training 'Excellent'!
Some of our Launceston team recently took part in a 'Pretty Muddy' event. Getting totally soaked and covered in mud, they managed to raise £300 for Cancer Research. Well done team!
Here are some of our Falmouth team who went to Kernow Adventure Park for their team-building event. As you can see from their faces they loved it!
The Launceston team had a successful coffee morning! Both staff and service users attended and raised a total of £168.00 for MacMillan Cancer Support. Well done!
The Redruth team took on the challenge of a sponsored bike ride, riding the distance from Land's End to John o'Groats on an exercise bike in an effort to raise money for a defibrillator outside of their office! They completed the challenge in just 34 days, crossing the finish line together at a special spin class held by Carn Brea Leisure Centre. Well done team!
